Hi,

Just got myself a turbo trainer as this summers not helping me get out. Just looking for a programme but struggling so I can have a regular routine which I can modify as I get fitter.

Cheers.

Tony Williams site is very good - i've tried various turbo workouts but always get bored but the ones on this website seem to suit me better

Er, this summer is pretty good

If you want weather better than this in the summer I suggest you move to Spain

Have a look out for the Heart Rate Monitor Book For Cyclists, by Sally Reed and Sally Edwards, perfect for use on a trainer. Loads of info, building your own programs etc. I would highly recommend it.

+1 on the summer, get used to the wind & rain is O.K. so long as you're careful when it first falls - obviously avoid the torrential & storms, but I've hardly used the turbo this year.
    My knees hurt !
