    Superb ride yesterday, one of most satisfying rides in a long time. Really enjoyed that pace.

    Tyskie - great effort, very impressive. Amazing how good a little bit of pain can feel :shock:

    Sounds like a good effort all round. I only remember one 18 mph average RPCC ride, and that was cos Al and I split with the rest of you in Epsom, and hooned like mad up the A24 which accounted for the increase in average speed.

    Anyway I am refreshed today after being knackered for about two weeks so I will be out somewhere, sometime today. Just have to decide on either an evening 3 lapper, or an afternoon Surrey Hills/Windsor ride. I might be free next weekend, but am at the MIddlesex Sevens the weekend after.
