Mick & Andy offer, quite simply, the best customer service on any cyclign website that I have used. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

    Long may they continue!

The best mail order retailer in my opinion. The only one I actually look forward to giving a call!

As above, if anything is slightly suspect sizing wise they get in touch with you before they dispatch so returns have never been a problem for me cos I've never had to do it.

Top quality kit, top quality people.

Guys - I bought the La Vie Clare jersey & hat - washed the hat as it said 30 deg C - ruined it due to the plastic top ! Wrote to Prendas basically saying I was a twat for washing it, maybe they should post a warning etc., and bought a replacement - this arrived asap as usual, together with a 2nd parcel where they had replaced the hat FOC, despite this clearly being my fault.
Wasn't going to post this as they clearly don't want to do this for everyone who can't figure out how to wash their kit, but lovely gesture.
I have had the Meraklon armwarmers for years, they are more "wooly" than the usual lycra versions, but great - really warm - used them tonight actually.
I also have the Columbia coffe top, the La Vie Clare top, and the Peugeot cotton cap, and have bought defeet autumn gloves.
They are one of the best IMHO
    My knees hurt !

Have to add my agreement to the general sentiment that Prendas are a great shop to order from, very happy with speed and quality.

  • I ordered a pair of Santini bib shorts a couple of weeks ago. I asked for XL and enclosed my height and chest size measurements on the online order form. The shorts arrived two days later and Prendas had taken the liberty of changing my order from XL to XXL due to my size. They fit perfectly so I'm very happy especially as I'd been let down by another cycle store not having goods in stock depsite the website saying they had.

    Definate thumbs up from me.

    Hi All,

Has anybody tried their base layers - I'd appreciate any experience!

Just too add, I have been using Prendas for a couple of months now and have ordered gloves, bib shorts, jersey, arm warmers and over socks and have to say their customer service / care is excellent, delivery free and very quick, their gear of excellent standard. My only gripe is they don't sell enough choice...MORE MORE MORE Prendas...

Yeah I have two of the sleeveless Prendas comfortec 1000 base layers and they're excellent. Very comfortable, Italian made and excellent wicking! Recommended for the price.

Just bought my first item from them & only spent £7.50 (hat) but they service was still fantastic.

Couldn't have asked for more if I'd be a big spender.

    I'll be back :D

Another thumbs up for Prendas from me. Always deliver next day. I only wish they sold a wider range of cycling stuff so i could order everything from them!

Their base layers are very good quality, at a reasonable price. I've used them on hot and cold days and they do the job.
The Santini shorts are probably the best quality/price shorts on the market (i save my assos for dry long rides only!).
