Any opinions on the best online cycling log? I have just signed up for mapmyride, which looks good, but the constant adverts are a bit distracting!

I have been using Bikely.com because the elevation is a bit more accurate over mapmyride, and there's no ads getting in the way

Cycling logs or route making sites?

An ok cycling log is mycyclinglog.com although you have to manually type it all in.. My GPS logs all my rides on.

Bit of both ideally, I have used Bikely.com, but can't log rides on there as far as I can see, and mycycling I found a bit user un-friendly!

Well the best for drawing routes is www.bikehike.co.uk

There is also www.bikeroutetoaster.com but I've had problems with that.

bikeroutetoaster for creating routes, but then I use a garmin anyway, but the site has changed slightly, and as the above post sais, I've had a few niggles as well.

But to log rides, I use a computer based free software, SportTracks, Very good, and has a plug-in available for the garmin to download, or you can enter manually. I also use it to log runs and swims though so works perfectly for my needs.
