DMAE

jgsijgsi Posts: 5,026
Started to use DMAE as supplement to 'sharpen' up.
Only downside is the rather nasty taste  of it mixed with water and getting the 300 - 400mg dosage correct... but lots of 'apparent' benefits

Each day I test meself with a Daily mail 3 star sudoko to see if I am getting any quicker!

and for a few quid.. not breaking the bank either

DMAE is a "smart drug". I have not used this specific drug.

It is one of a number of substances that were originally developed to treat dementia and other conditions of mental imparment. However, if you are not suffering from a problem condition then taking these anti-dementia drugs can improve your memory and cognition.

They usually have minor side effects like raised blood pressure and are quite expensive

As long as you're still reading the Daily Mail, it's probably not working
