Piriformis syndrome

Anyone else have this? If so how did you get rid of it?
I've been having an achy pain in my left butt cheek, particularly when sitting, for a while now and the physio has just diagnosed priformis syndrome. It's not too bad at the moment - I still cycle a couple of times a week, but I'm worried that it's going to get worse and it's stopping me doing extra sessions during the week, which is holding my fitness up.
I've been given a couple of stretches to do along with using a foam roller. Does anyone have any other tips/advice?
Thanks for your help.

Yes, go and see Dr Lanning at the Gonstead Clinic:

secondly, count yourself luck that you're not predisposed to sciatica - an iffy piriformis is one of the causes.0
