Judging by the noise my bike was making today some new BB bearings :(
Why do these things always come up the week before an event (Dartmoor Classic)?

    Heya fellas,

I'm looking to purchase over the next few months:

    - Shimano PD-M520 Pedals
    - Shimano SPD MTB Cleats
    - Shimano MP66W Cycling Shoes
    - Short Sleeve Jerseys
    - Short Bike Boxer Shorts

And I'm looking into how the gearing works on my bike, wondering if I can upgrade:
    - Rear Cassette from 8 speed to 10 (or)
    - Front Crackshaft from two to three cogs

Without having to change or buy new or second-hand shifters, don't mind modding them with(I've been told) a spring expansion of sorts but buying the while set I think would be a nightmare for one I don't quite understand which parts work with which other parts so I'm going to have to get used to what I own and then expand on them things.

Sticking with Steel rims because I can see these getting damaged along the way as I'm such an inexperienced rider, I've had hold of some really nice carbon jobbers but I can see me racing £1.2K's worth of kit into the ground.

Looking on expanding my gearing so I can climb hills easier while keeping a high Cadence along with raising my cardo-vascular endurance? Or I should just stop smoking!

    - Puncture repair kit
    - Pump!!
    - Spare Inner tubes
    - Spare tyres (something with a Kevlar strip)?

    - Weight Gain
    - Whey Powder?

Please Santa find me a decent job oh and a GP, Dentist some cat food and chicken feed!

EDIT: Someone posted about coloured tyres.. Well I did not know you could even buy them so I'm adding these ones to my list.

    - Panaracer Stradius Sport Folding Tyre (RED!)

I'm a major payne in the rear an so's my saddle! Gotta love the local bike, innit!
