Mostly by memory but with a Garmin as back-up

Sorry guys. I don't know if you will see this in time but i won't be able to make it this morning.
Feeling rough as hell this morning plus had to do some emergency DIY plumbing at 5am.

A good ride today - only three of us but that made riding together pretty easy particularly as we were all fairly similarly paced
