Programme for Garmin 705

Hello,
whats the best programme for uploading a Garmin 705 with Powertap, bearing in mind that i am an Apple Mac user,i have got Training Peaks but to be honest i cant make the most of it,also the Garmin connect website seems very basic. Perhaps its me that cant understand it or use it properly.

i can access windows and have downloaded this programme but cannot find my round it,i would much prefer a Mac based programme if possible.
