    I use the buff in the summer and the winter - works well for both keeping your head warm in winter, and stopping the sweat in the summer. Usually worn pirate stylee - turn it inside out and reach both arms in and pull - or sometimes just worn long with the tail at the back keeping the sun off my neck.

    Get a white helmet so it will reflect as much heat away as possible. A black one will cook your brains in this hot weather.

    Fold sheet of kitchen towel into long strip. Place across forehead. Secure with gaffer tape.
