Freehub (Willhub) said tonight that he dropped you on the hills, dropped you on the flat and dropped you on the descents when you went out with him the other day.

Obviously too busy peeling bananas eh!

Oh, so Willhub's been bragging again.

I did get severely dropped at one point due to a banana incident, I must admit. Peeling one down he Goyt Valley descent ended up losing me a few minutes.

I'm getting better at my banana peeling times/technique though - one day i'll be World Champion in the Banana-Time-Trials. :D

Aye, I was on an "Intro ride" with my housemate - he was wasted. It was a good ride to be a sadist on today.

Why are you all talking absolute Bananas, are they really that good for you when riding?

I would have thought they took a long time for the body to break down into a usable form of energy.......

Well that's not true, they're 99% carbs. They are good because they have electrolytes in them, that's why tennis players eat them a lot during games. Stops cramps.

It's all because bhima claims he eats 3 bananas per hour.

Apparently, they take an hour for the energy to be released!

I must admit though, i absolutely love bananas, i remember my mum raising me on bananas mashed in a little sugar! Those were the days....

I could probably double Bhimas quantiy per hour!!

I'm going to invest in a shopping basket welded to the rear of my bicycle now for bananas.

Everyone can eat my dust then as I'm flying along from banana power.

    It's a botchup not a photoshop!
