Anyone used Feroglobin - blood booster

I saw this advertised on the back of a bus while out on my Saturday club run, has anyone used this and is it any good or is a bunch of made up science
I've got a pretty good diet but just wondered if this would help my racing.

Its just an iron pill and worth avoiding unless you are absolutely sure that you are not getting enough iron from you're diet. Taking much more iron than you're body requires is really not a sensible idea at all.

don't you need zinc to absorb the iron too?

should galvanize the body into action...
