Anyone had one of the Specialized BG Fit bike fitting sessions?

Any comments on how good it is vs other bike fit methods, and how much it costs?

    I had it done prior to purchasing my Specialized Tarmac Comp last year. Cost £40 and if the resulting comfort of my ride is anything to go by it was money well spent :D

    Had mine done at Sigma Sport (ask for Lee!) - very thorough, cost £125 and it was the best £125 I've ever spent on cycling. It found and corrected for my leg length discrepancy, took into account my flexibility, and created an optimised position. I've never been so comfortable (it's all relative :twisted: ) on a bike before.

    I've previously had a Bike Fit which in comparison was rudimentary and made a lot of assumptions.
