weekly/monthly training programme advise needed

Hey guys

I've just finished Uni for the year and now have four months off so figured it would be a great opportunity to get some quality training in.

I would be very grateful if I could have a few suggestions on weekly or monthly training regimes in order to improve both my endurance cycling and my speed over short distances.

I can average about 18.5mph over distances up to about 30/40 miles and the furthest I've cycled is 60 miles, but would quite like to improve both of these over the summer.
