Your weekend riding plans?

Driving home down the M5 today towards my homedig of Bristol, I noticed lots of cars with MTB's loaded on them.
Yes, there were the family people carriers with kiddies and adult bikes strapped to them, but there was also a lot of serious MTB hardware hanging off some of the cars down the M5 too.
Taking all this in, I couldn't help but wonder where everyone was going to be riding this weekend.
So, what are your riding plans this weekend??

Local riding, although with the amount of rain we've had this week it'll most likely be a boggy one!0

Bit of riding around Cannock Chase one day, want to try the NPS race track for a few laps and see how it's doing now. Maybe go for an explore or do FTD. Possibly Cannock Chase again on Sunday, if it's very sunny Wales might be an option though. Local stuff on Monday, want to do another epic ride around here, just hope the weather holds out.
Meta if it's damp, Zaskar if it's dry. Speedy new tyres on ther Zaskar so I hope it stays dry.0 -
Might do Blencathra/Lonscale tomorrow if I can be arsed. I'll be on me todd though so should be able to get round it fairly quickly.0

Set2rise solo.
Dunno how much of the 12 hours will actually be spent riding though.I am a mountain biking god.
Unfortunately, my bike's an atheist.0 -

will be out tomorow doing the local section in the valley thats been shaped out by some DH'ers with some Awsome runs, then down to another section of the old mine workings known as 'Mars' for some jumps and a bit of free riding,
although i shall be manning the camera and admiring! much better at that than actually trying the jump sections!!Timmo.

I'm having a mass debate........................................... as to whether I should do any riding. I've got shin splints on both legs from playing too much football and need to give it a rest really, but I'll see how I'm feeling Monday. Might give Danbury a go, can't get anywhere like the full potential out of the Crush round my local trails!"The problem was, I was still using my eyes even though I had them shut"

Lush ride this morning. 12.5 hilly and very pleasant miles - decided it will be the new morning ride (before work) on weekdays.0

I did the same this am, couldn't stay in bed with sun streaming through the blinds, so went on the usual route but did a detour twice though, I've been meaning to do them for a while and it paid off, first one found a cracking piece of gnarly single track through a wooded embankment complete with windy river - couldn't finish the stretch because I had the wrong tyres on and I'm sure it's someone's back garden but I'll find out tomorrow. Other one was steep double track climbing up onto a large rocky outcrop - I vegged there for a while chillaxing. Great ride this am, meandered in at about lunch time, timing or what, thoroughly enjoyed it. Woot!0

Just back from two laps of the black/red route at Llandegla. Was a glorious day 8) . Bit pooped now though, a few beers should sort that out .0

Took the long neglected Kona hardtail for a nursery run at the Forest of Dean
Weather was brilliant, sun, 22ºC and no wind. A great day indeed.
I also rendered some roadside assistance to a family of POBs** who was trying to remove a chain from a kiddies bike that was attached to one of those tag along efforts. The kid's bike had a fixed rear sprocket, so it was tough for the little guy to keep his legs' momentum up with dad who was towing him. All sorted in two minutes with a Topeak Alien's chain breaker..
Yes, today was a good day. Tomorrow is Swinley on the FS! w00t!
**POB = People On Bikes.. a phrase originating from "dave_hill" that describes the non cyclist bike owners to a tee0
