I never got my lobster...
Cos we went and had organic wild boar burgers instead0 -
4 slices of toast +jam + cup of tea.
Porridge + Honey + banana + choc biscuit.
This thing in a pot, spicy pasta type thing :roll: (it's very nice, Ill get the name later)
Moo biscuits with pictures of cows on them (half price at Morrison’s), too many of them with a cup of tea :oops:
8 crackers with hummus and cottage cheese+ tomatoes.

Tea and choc biscuit (breakaway)

Friday is my greasy day.
My colleagues laugh at my food intake, as it is pretty large even if when it is healthier (most of the time). I still think I work on a deficit during the week.

And again, by popular demand from my family.
And I had a long conversation with my 6-yr old daughter whlst making the pastry, etc. She was very helpful in weighing out the ingredients and cracking the eggs, and greasing the tins.
Yesterday it was scones...
The cake and quiche both use the same oven temperature, so it would be rude not to make both, especially as you can make the cake whilst waiting for the quiche to blind-bake.0 -
Home made pastry for the win 8)
Did some shortcrust today (50/50 lard and butter) and made a lovely steak and onion pie, served up with some garlic and wholegrain mustard mash with broccoli, carrots and cauliflower.0 -

That's the mix I used...
Shepherd Neame's Spitfire is very good for Steak and Ale pie, BTW...0 -
Breakfast - coffee and banana
Lunch - homemade carrot and coriander soup (with cream)
Dinner - Sunday - roast pork apple sauce roasties and broccili
No wonder my waist isn't reducing0
