3 Weetabix with a scoopful of Whey Protein, 6 figs, honey & milk
Two banana's
Two Eat Natural yogurt, nut & apricot bars
Two large mugs of green tea with honey
One large mug of coffee

and for the rest of the day

Pasta with green peppers, pesto and a variety of nuts & seeds for lunch (one medium lunch box full)
At least one more banana plus an apple or two, plus I may polish off the packet of figs.
Pasta with a creamy Mushroom sauce for dinner - large bowl
Large bag of nacho's possibly if I get the munchies later

I get the feeling I'm overdoing it a bit

A small bowl of fruit and fibre with extra sultanas to make up for the dryness.
2 large mugs of black tea.

And for the rest of the day:

Plotting a panini or sushi for lunch - had tomato soup yesterday and it was not enough.

May have a banana for afternoon tea

Dinner - will be cooked by mother.

    Dear God.

Reading through that list... I have images of this psycho nutter bouncing off the walls with all this excess energy, screaming "I'M NOT TENSE!" from the caffeine while producing bog-blocking turds the size of a submarine from the HUGE amount of bran and figs being consumed!!

You must either be built like a brick outhouse or Mr Creosote in lycra.

Considering a fry up for lunch......
The doctor said I needed to start drinking more whiskey. Also, I’m calling myself ‘the doctor’ now

I don't have a problem with the amount of food - it is portion control I suffer with - plates are too big at home and it is often too easy to make food for 6, thinking you will freeze some of it, then just dole it out anyway as your portion looks too small on a big plate - then wash it down with a pint!

Safe to say i won't be discussing them just yet for fear of upsetting the more delicate members of this forum  In the meantime, I'm off for a run, just to see if I can jog some it free

Funny you should say that ccjp...

I've just made tomorrow's lunch snack: quiche... and fruit cake.

There is something very satisfying about making my own pastry.

I had chicken, rice and salad for dinner. However, I did have a carrot cake cupcake at 5. Bad Olivia.
