3 Weetabix with a scoopful of Whey Protein, 6 figs, honey & milk
Two banana's
Two Eat Natural yogurt, nut & apricot bars
Two large mugs of green tea with honey
One large mug of coffee
and for the rest of the day
Pasta with green peppers, pesto and a variety of nuts & seeds for lunch (one medium lunch box full)
At least one more banana plus an apple or two, plus I may polish off the packet of figs.
Pasta with a creamy Mushroom sauce for dinner - large bowl
Large bag of nacho's possibly if I get the munchies later
I get the feeling I'm overdoing it a bit :shock:

I don't have a problem with the amount of food - it is portion control I suffer with - plates are too big at home and it is often too easy to make food for 6, thinking you will freeze some of it, then just dole it out anyway as your portion looks too small on a big plate - then wash it down with a pint!0

Fish and chips with coleslaw.
Small pack of jelly babys.

M&S Coleslaw and potato salad.

A 750 ml bottle of M&S Apple presse.
Three steak lamb curry with rice.
A couple of bits of the out of date rump steak I cooked for the cat.
