The Chingford Skinhead wrote:8:05 18 March 2009 The temporarily separated parts of my AC shoulder joint have found each other but the price of 6 weeks without moving your shoulder at all is muscle atrophy. What little muscle I have left (lost 6lbs but none from my waiste!!!) is stiff and sore. Physio is helping but my range of motion is so poor that I'd only be able to ride very straight routes (can't turn right and can't signal to turn left  ). Even when sufficient range of motion returns I'm going to have to think of a credible non-cycling excuse to explain to Mrs TCS why I'm leaving the house in lycra and clippy shoes
Seeing people on bikes is absolute torture at the moment
Get a unicycle..0
