A week, a whole week, due to too many things happening at once. And it's next Wednesday before I get another go at it. The old legs will have packed up by then.

Monday on my mtb, tomorrow I start on my CX bike.
I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

About 11 hours. And about 11 hours before that. Long days at the moment.

Yay, I managed to sneak a ride to the train station today, as we're off to the pub after work. On my mtb though so I didn't have to get into costume, my god it felt weird after being on the roadie so much

yesterday. Planning to have a few ales tonight so thought it best if I left the bike at home.
If you're near an oneils, you can bag yourself a free pint of guinness for about 2 mins worth of signing up with a made up email address :)

OK - do I have to go into an oneils to sign up - or is it something i do on the net?
it's online, just have a search in google for 'free pint oneils' or something along those lines and you'll find the link you need.

I had mine last night :D

8:05 18 March 2009  The temporarily separated parts of my AC shoulder joint have found each other but the price of 6 weeks without moving your shoulder at all is muscle atrophy. What little muscle I have left (lost 6lbs but none from my waiste!!!) is stiff and sore. Physio is helping but my range of motion is so poor that I'd only be able to ride very straight routes (can't turn right and can't signal to turn left  ). Even when sufficient range of motion returns I'm going to have to think of a credible non-cycling excuse to explain to Mrs TCS why I'm leaving the house in lycra and clippy shoes

Seeing people on bikes is absolute torture at the moment

    Get a unicycle..
