    Deffo go with a decent solicitor who is bike friendly - so CTC/ BCF or someone like Bikeline - they adevertise in Cycling Weekly.

    Take photographs of any injuries, damaged clothing, ripped bar tape - anything that was damaged in the accident. If you hit the ground with your bars, I'd also be looking for replacements. Visit your GP to record any injuries your suffered too.
