Shouldn't you be considering putting some away in a tax free ISA and maybe buying up some tax years for your pension if you've missed some?

    Booooo, stop being sensible

Surely the whole point is you should sack the lot on something entirely useless that you don't actually need ie another bike :lol: , and then spend the rest of the year justifying your purchase to the other half when she brings it up at every available opportunity

On the other hand I think I now know why I'm now single

Well, I think when you're sitting there in your carbon fibre bath chair you'll think that was a wise choice as you scalp a lot of others on this forum in their rickety shopping trolleys with one wonky wheel.

Go for the full package: white saddle, stem (FSA), bars (ditto), tape, hoods (Hudz). White outers for the cables would be cool too. 40mm+ carbon clinchers. .

My current bike down to a tee!

Blow it. I just had the same after being out of work. Nice Focus Cayo with SRAM Red winging itself to me at the mo.

In answer to your original question - I would buy a very nice holiday

Yes it would balance out the rather unpleasant last six months enforced holiday, mrs itboffin suggested Florida AGAIN  little itboffin votes for Barbados AGAIN

I might fix the ballot in favour of Ireland AGAIN  in fact I could ride there

How about one of these? I would pay good money to be able to do that...

I would pay good money to watch ITB attempt to do that

Save it, they will have made a mistake, and they'll want in back in spades after you've spent it, if you spend it. If you don't spend it they won't.
