    What did you do?!

I had far too much beer last night, not sure whether I was dead or alive when I woke up lol.
  • it's all about the italian gellato. smoothness personified. their strawberry is usually the thing of gods. 99s are also great. I swear the music of an ice-cream van turns me into a kid. One went by yesterday & I wanted to sprint down the road after it yelling 'ICE CREAMMMMMMMM'

    Also Mint Cornettos are heaven.

    On the steak subject

Medium, even medium-well sometimes just for a bit different taste. Sirloin is my favourite for flavour, fillet is too gentle in every way.

Steak: Sirloin dragged through a warm kitchen - not too quickly, I'm not an animal!
Ice cream: Rasperry ripple covered in melted Galaxy chocolate.

I broke myself snowboarding...I pulled my groin and then somehow ragged my left ankle too, which doesn't seem to be healing very fast and is making this horrible grinding feeling when I move it :(

I could really go for a steak now.

Having gammon tonight but all this talk of steak is making me want one, might get to the butchers later on this week for a bit of cow. If it stays this hot it'll be cooked enough for me by the time i get home as well, I like mine mooing to rare.

As for ice cream gotta be clotted cream ice cream with hot chocolate sauce.

Easy sauce thats ace but about a million calories / portion, equal measures (1 tbsp / person) coco powder, golden syrup and butter. Stick in a jug and bung in the microwave and nuke for a couple of minutes stirring every 30 seconds or so until mixed and temperature of the sun.

pour over ice cream, eat, loosen belt!!

Man, I want a steak now too :(

At the weekend I did make the best peanut sauce marinade in the entire world for the barbecue. Well, the barbecue after slapping it on chicken and leaving it overnight. Mmmm.
