Any Football League fans?

Is there anyone on here who supports a Football League side, going into the final weekend of the season, one of the only times that the FL takes precedence over the bigboys in the Prem.
I'm a Sheff Utd fan, so I'll be nervous all weekend while about half 3 on Sunday aft, praying we can go up.
Anyone else got any interest in the ups and downs this weekend?

Having grown up in Reading, I'm sorry to say that I'm hoping the Blades will lose on Saturday. Hopefully Palace will go the extra mile and make the effort for Reading, seeing as Coppell is one of their own....
In the end though, whoever gets that second place will deserve it. Reading could - and should - have had it in the bag long ago, but didn't.....0 -
looks like my lot are for the dropriding on my bicycle, i saw a motorcrash…0

Not a league fan at the moment but hopefully next season - we just got promoted to the conference so obviously I'll continue looking onwards and upwards!0

Playoff final tomorrow for Town. Winner gets promotion to the Conference North. Twitchy bum time! Think global, act local (applies to footy, beer and the environment). We need a bigger boat.

A Tranmere fan. If we win away at Scunthorpe tomorrow we make the play-offs, draw or lose and they make them instead. Can't ask for more excitement than that. Unfortunately I'll be at work but will be receiving constant updates from everyone I know.
Come on you white boys!0 -
Wycombe fan here, tomorrow we will hopefully seal our first promotion since 1994 (old Div 3 play-off final win at old Wembley over PNE 4-2). League 1 should be interesting next season with Charlton, Southampton, possibly Leeds & Norwich. Come on Blues, please no play-offs this season!0

Im a Preston North End fan and Im very nervous/excited about the final game this weekend. Im also a Bristol City/Sheffield Wednesday fan for the day.............0

AFC Telford Utd season ticket holder. We've got a second leg play-off game on Sunday away at Alfreton and then the final (hopefully) next week. Looking to get back into the Conference from where we were unceremonially ejected when the old club went bust. It's great supporting a club that's owned by the fans and not some rich chairman's plaything.0

As a Grimsby fan, I wish you all the best against the rusty iron.Pictures are better than words because some words are big and hard to understand.

I'm a hardcore Hucknall town fan, I think you will complete the job against Alfrescum and I think you'll play Gatesheed in the final. It'll be tough to call but I think the "heed" will shade it.
As for a league club, I have a soft spot for Nott'm Forest. So as far as footie is concerned the season is over and the cycling steps up yet another gear.Tail end Charlie

Sorry, but Palace aren't gona do that, no matter what connection to Coppell.
They've got Warnock in charge, lifelong Blade, who's obviously gona do us some favours!0 -
11 years a wolves fan so its good to be up. your right about warnock. he did make a comment about the blades should do it so i guess its going to be a mildly biased side he fields. the royals have a good chance as i dont see birmingham turning them but you never know. league football is great. good luck to all who need it.fly like a mouse, run like a cushion be the small bookcase!0

Lifelong Coventry fan getting fed up of all our best players leaving for a pittance....... Jay Bothroyd, James McEverly, Jay Tabb..... Dan Fox and Kieron Westwood will be gone next season to cover the bills and we'll still be left with a great stadium and a relegation fighting team but with the eternal hope of having a good season and making the final play off place. I'll still never stop loving them though even though they break my heart every year!0
-
Long-suffering Charlton Athletic fan. I don't even want to talk about this season :oops:0
-
Carlisle fan here so as usual we are going into the last game with everything to play for.I don't hold out much hope though as we haven't won on the last day since the great Sir Jimmy Glass scored THAT goal.0

Like 'winoneday', I'm a Tranmere fan and season ticket holder. Won't be going to Scunthorpe though but will be keeping ear to the radio and eye on the teletext.
Two months ago when we lost at bottom of the table Crewe I didn't think we would be any better than mid-table. Now a win will put us in the paly-offs.

Leicester fan all my life. Was so upset when we went down, but think it was a good thing. We'll fly next season. And Milan will splash some cash. I think we'll have 6 points off Cov, Forest and Derby for starter!!!
best end of season memories:
I was at wembely in 96 when Claridge shin'ed it on 119mins against Palace! Fkin brill & when speedie took a dive and we lost 1-0 to Blackburn a year or two before. fkin gutted. Either way Play-off's are great."I spend my petrol money on Bikes, Beer, Pizza, and Donuts "

I apologise in advance that you won't be able to see The Red And White Wizards next season, it woulld have been good, despite the loss of points0 -
Crewe is my 2nd team
doesn't look good. On the bright side my old chap has an advert in the programme - that should be cheaper next year!0 -
Thank you to Leeds for doing us a favour by beating Northampton, commiserations to all sides who have gone down(been there and know just how it feels) and good luck for next season.
Very relieved Carlisle fan.0 -

Amen to that (Brighton fan here) It will be great if we can get to our new ground with at least Division One football to show for it. Apparently there is one of those mega-rich blokes waiting in the wings to invest serious money into the Albion. Let's see.Start Weight: 128 kilos (20.2 st) (April 17th 2009)
Current Weight:119 kilos (18.7 st) (June 18th 2009)
Target Weight: 92 kilos (14.5 st) (sometime mid-2010, hopefully sooner)0 -

well there's at least one, but for some reason cycling and football don't seem to go well together
cyclists seem to be too fixated about how long it takes to digest 6 grapes than worry about the real issues in life
I did once combine both and cycle to an away game, it was only roker park though0 -
Exeter City fan....oh yes life is good at the moment :P
do have the misfortune to follow Middlesbrough as well....a football league club as of next seasonOfficers don't run, it's undignified and panics the men0 -
