Just ride sideways and you'll be blown to your destination.

I can't take handlebars without the wires and cables seriously! It looks like someone forgot to attach your gears and brakes. Silly Campag.

This is why you need several pairs of wheels to suit the conditions and terrain :D

Thats a beautiful bike. What made you decide on a Viner? As opposed to a Colnago, De Rosa etc.

As you've got a new bike, I've got a brand new combine harvester Oo Ar Oo Ar!
I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

Erm, reviews had me hooked, the prices, the service I got from Epic, the ride on one (not a maxima) when I was up there testing... yeah... that's about it really.

You're gonna be so jealous when you see the Viner in the flesh, dripping with 11 speed Italian loveliness. You'll be jealous, we'll know you're jealous, and you'll know we know you're jealous, but you won't admit it, you'll lie through your clenched teeth "oh, but Dura Ace is better".

BTW although I completely get the idea that there is no particular reason to stop at 10 speed, is it just me that can't help thinking of Spinal Tap whenever I read about 11 speed...

I had overlooked this small detail when I first looked at the bike but having had a second look I certainly prefer the cleaner look with all the cables routed out of the way - seems I've already decided which manufacture will make the groupset on my next bike :-)

Looks like you'll be stuck in a Shimano DA 7800 timewarp for all time, then. Cos DA 7900 (and SRAM) now have hidden cables ...

Lit, noticed you've not got bottle cages on yet. Luckily, PBK have got a deal on record cages:

I always make sure everything I buy comes in a presentation box. Cars, lawnmowers, loaves of bread, bank accounts, presentation boxes, the lot.

Nice bike, just a matter of time before Viners take over the world! Would be nice to see one of the big teams riding them. I'd post pictures of mine but still haven't worked out how to post pictures here

But 11 is bigger, faster, louder, stronger and ultimately better than 10...

I've got a long way to go, I've only got 8....

Wow, only 86 pounds? I am so there, bargain or what?!

If there is anything less than an Italian designed carbon fibre bottle cage on your Maxima I'll never speak to you again.

In all seriousness, here. Just like deciding whether to put Shimano or Campag on the bike LiT somethings are just meant to go together....

Well I wouldn't really stop speaking to you, probably pretend to do so for about 5mins then get bored....

I know. My work colleagues had to restrain my wallet hand until they'd closed the webpage that little beauty was on. Close run thing but they've learned to read the signs...

You were lucky they were there...

But seriously, £86 for a bottle cage? What worries me is that someone out there is buying them... or they wouldn't be continuing to make the things...

    Come on, own up. :D

Try explaining the fact you have a bike in your bedroom to the next male visitor, when the bike is worth more than the car they drive. You do have visitors to you budoir LiT?

Resist. Unless you feel strong enough to take on any SCR challenger and win, of course (either of mine end up with FCN of 9....can't lose, really!).

This is LiT your talking about.
You know the reason the British Olympic cyclists train in Manchester is so they don't get scalped by LiT every morning, right?

And there are three bikes in my bedroom. Any visitor can like it or lump it.

LiT, I commuted early from Chiswick today but was disappointed not to see you on a Viner at any point. Looking forward to seeing it soon, though :)
