Have some Tacx Antares since October and my mate's have cracked on the grey part of the rollers. Shocked, i checked mine and they have too cracked! Mine also have developed play in most of the bearings. Does anyone the best way to contact Tacx, should i email them directly or try find the importer? Any similar experiences with Tacx warranties? I got them from wiggle but doubt they'll care about the issue.

I think Fisher Outdoor are the distributors of Tacx equipment in the UK. Best to phone them rather than email if you want a reply.
You will probably have to take your rollers to your nearest Fisher Outdoor affiliated cycle store who will send it back to Fisher for you.

If you send it back to Wiggle, do so by recorded delivery. Items sent back to wiggle tend to get "lost in the post". Wiggle don't reply to Royal Mail's letters asking for confirmation of "lost in the post", so don't send it by insured Parcel Post as this is not signed for on delivery.

Anybody else experienced any problems with Antares?

I think about this rollers and question is quite interesting to me.

    Thanks for opinions.

    Thanks for the replies.

Wiggle are actually sending a courier out to collect them so that's good. Seems strange that both mine and my mates have the same issue. Wonder how many others are affected-you have to look at them closely....
