Protein pre and post workout is purely to preserve muscle mass. This is an important step as the greater percentage of muscle you have the more calories you will burn at rest
If fat loss is your main gain then go with low impact (60-70% MHR) before breakfast or post weights workout. Your body will be glycogen depleted and will turn to fat stores for energy.
Also sack the pills mate. Even the illegal ones that actually work are not a wonder cure and will have tiny effect compared to decent diet. They will also have zero effect with a bad diet.
If you need any help mate drop me a pm as over last 18 months I have gone from over 30% to sat around 9% at present. This was with lots of peoples help so happy to pass on0 -

That's very tricky to say, as i have been dieting reasonably well and training hard. However i've been on a long term thing and started several years ago at almost 20st. I have peaked more than once at 15st 0 before, Twice in the last year or so actually, but could never get under the 15 0.
Until this time. This time i reached and passed 15 0.
Co-incidence ? I don't know to be honest... i really don't.Salsa Spearfish 29er
