Broken Collarbone

Anyone got any advice for best rehabilitation from a broken collarbone? I did it skiing last week and first TT is 17/4 and then had a 100m at start of May which are both up the spout now but what is the best way to keep fit? Anyone turbo'd with a broken collarbone?
I'm gutted as was really looking forward to getting going in TTing this year. Got the Polka Dot challenge in June now which is probably my first target.
Any help, experience greatly appreciated!
Thanks
Jonathan

Broke mine nearly 3 years ago. Didn't break the skin, no complications and no surgery required. Was back at work the next day (albiet I shouldn't have been and went home at lunch!)
Anyway, I was told I wouldn't be riding again for 6 weeks by the doctors... However, I was back on the turbo (holding my arm in one postion on the hoods) after 2 weeks and had my first ride on the road after 4. The first week was quite sketchy, lack of confidence and all that plus couldn't ride up anything steep. Raced after 2 weeks back in the saddle and after about 3 weeks of riding I just didn't notice it anymore. Had to adjust my setup a little what with being a bit shorter on one side... I got an osteopath to help me out with that too
Good luck!"In many ways, my story was that of a raging, Christ-like figure who hauled himself off the cross, looked up at the Romans with blood in his eyes and said 'My turn, sock cookers'"
