Free Excel-Based Training Log - ProLog Cycling 2009

For those looking for an Excel-based cycling log, I have updated my ProLog Cycling to the 2009 year. It is very comprehensive and easy to use. It is available in a free version all year long (or a more advanced Premium Edition). You can download the spreadsheet at http://www.ProLogCycling.com .
The spreadsheet was first released last year and has had hundreds of enhancements and changes to it over the year (thanks to the countless amount of feedback). So far this year I have over 1400 users. Please try it out and let me know what you think. All constructive feedback is welcomed. I started a wiki to help users through it too http://ProLogCycling.wikispaces.com (although I need to update it with all the new features).
