Dont want to lose weight

This time last year I weighed around 65kg, being over 1.9m this meant I was pretty skinny. Then I broke my leg, had 4 months off the bike and off any exercise. Then a couple of months cycling at the end of last year before I had winter off the bike due to fear of crashing again!
Anyway I started cycling again at the start of February. My weight was 70kg and I was looking a little bit bigger, which was good. Seven weeks and 40+ hours of cycling later I’m down nearly 2kg, not good.
I used to like being skinny (it was good for cycling), now I want to bulk up a bit, nothing major though. It looks like this could prove hard though, especially if I want to ramp up the amount of time spent on the bike.
Clearly I’m not eating enough, but I eat whenever I’m hungry and I eat healthy foods and fatty foods.
Any tips?

Just keep plugging away at it, it could just be that you're not naturally prone to bulking up.
If you are really struggling then hit the gym, it's the only way to reliably build muscle. Lots of circuits to help your cv fitness will have you building muscle fairly rapidly.0 -
Thinking about it my protein intake probably isnt that high for the amount of excersise I do. Maybe I should have a protein shake once a day to help?Mañana0
