Hi
I've recently been 'structuring my training' and the benifits have been well worth the effort and performed a lot better on group rides . not taken any extra time as the re-structure is basically re-do my commute which is 10 miles each way, by problem is that after a good group ride on the sunday my legs are well heavy, I need to commute all week and then group ride on the sunday ... if I have a week of spinning and taking it easy, a) am I going to recover enough for sunday b) am I going to recover enough for sunday AND get back into training ...... do I need to buy a car :-(
Cheers in advance

Yeah, keep the commute light, maybe get a HRM and keep in 60-70% of your max heartrate which should leave you feeling fresh at the weekend, and still get you to work in a reasonable time.0
