Tacx T1800 Speedbreaker Training

I have just purchased myself a Tacx T1800 Speedbreaker, and have been on it a few times. I have to say that I find it very good (little noisy) but on the whole good value for money! - - My last session on the turbo (using my Bianchi c2c race bike) lasted for 1 hour and because I have my computer riged to the back wheel, I was able to monitor my speed at a recorded average over that hour of 23.1mph avg. Please could anyone tell me if I am cycling at a resonable speed for a good amature road cyclist. Thanks Regards Grahame
