Training between events

I'm doing the Suffolk Sunrise 100 on May 10th and a month later have got the Norwich 100. I was wondering what do I do training wise between the two events. I have been following the Cycling + training plan so I should be in good shape by May. 4 weeks doesn't seem enough to recover, ramp up and taper down again.

    I would have thought you wouldn't really need to ramp up and taper again, just keep a steady training load between the two events.
