Where is it LiT's

I would like to read a list of the drivetrain components and see a picture. Yes a picture, preferably with you on it or near it to prove that you did indeed buy it and didn't have a change of heart and purchased an Apache Gunship or Harrier Jump Jet or some such avaition marvel...

You've been holding out on us!

    Haha!

Actually, the Viner factory in Tuscany have been holding out on me!

The build time was around 5 weeks, of which 4 have elapsed, and I'm sitting by the phone like a lovesick teenager waiting for Epic to call, checking my personal email twice a day just in case they lost my number.

Sadly the likelihood is that I won't get my grubby mitts on it until I'm back from Australia...

You only check personal emails twice a day?

My thing auto refreshes once every two minutes while I'm at my desk and I check them on my phone at least once an hour while I'm away.

I'd hate to think how many top deals on Viagra I might have missed out on otherwise.

Did I hear right that this is a £4000 bike that you are planning to use as a commuter?

I am definitely not planning to commute on it! That's what the Bowery is for.

Not quite as exciting but Geoffrey Butler cycles will finally be putting the finishing touches to my (slightly lower end) Viner tomorrow morning, so will be back on the road as of tomorrow!

hmmm, that's clever they let you configure you own bike on line. Good job I looked at this whilst stone cold sober. I once nearly ordered a Serotta at 2 in the morning after a couple of bottles of red simply because they let you choose your own colour scheme online... 8)

No, but I'm not going to risk finding out. You must be pretty fed up having to wait, but hey, it will be something to look forward to when you get back.
