Yet again, Google is your friend: Search for "99kg in stone" and the font of all wisdom responds with "99 kilograms = 15.5898314 stone". Indeed, if you are a Firefox user, the answer pops up as a suggestion as you type the above into the Google search box.
However, it was a bit strange for a before and after post to use two different units...
