I don't want to end up like you Gary, I suffer(?) with the same condition as you and two years ago it hit me that at 16.5 stone I weighed too much and through better diet and insulin regime I've managed to bring my weight down to 99kg, not a great loss but it makes me feel better for it. Do need to get more miles in my legs.I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.0

Cheers everyone, I have been so lucky in the respect that I regained my love of cycling pretty quickly after jumping on the bike and everything has gone pretty smooth since.
prj45: Those tits are mine lol, thanks dude and thanks for the donation, much appreciated
fatgrimpeur: Thanks, Poster boy, now its been a while since anyone called me that lolol
linsen & biondino: Think its gonna take a while for me to smile, last time I did was around 10 years ago so that part is still in rehab.
fossyant: Do you ever pass though Hyde ? Myself and another commuter heading the other way tend to see each other most mornings (Hes a roadie with a red beanie) we nod, wave and grunt at each other, its a beautiful thing lol
edhornby: You need a conservatory ? Or Roofing then im....not your man lol
Once again thanks everyone, It was pretty hard to join a community like this (of people who are either very fit or not hugely overweight) but I have to say apart from one person everyone has been brilliant here,
It really makes the workday go faster too lol

Unless you are bi-lingual ie imperial and metric, your weight loss means nothing to people as you give starting figure in imperial and final one in metric unitsWant to know the Spen666 behind the posts?

Great work there!
Page 3 is an accolade that nearly only Sam Fox would inspire me from before.
I'm a hefty rider myself, and trying to loose it. This winter has been terrible (several reasons) but new bike is being put together as I write this and I can't wait to get in some serious miles again"This area left purposefully blank"
Sign hung on my head everyday till noon.

You cut your hair
Seriously well done, that is a major change. I am sure your bike will be thanking you by getting quicker and quickerShort hairy legged roadie FCN 4 or 5 in my baggies.
