just wondering -
have been trying to contact Chain Reaction over in sunny Norn' Irn' since last Friday
without success
phone either constantly engaged or on answer message
no response on email
anyone know if they are on holiday or all out for a works boozy censored or something ?

only want to ask a question before giving them money for stuff :-)

I emailed them yesterday and I had a reply today, but it was about an existing order so maybe they treat that as a higher priority than sales enquiries.

The whole not answering the phone thing is normal for CRC, it is usually always engaged, they have been extremely busy of late with their current sale and last bits of the flood sale.

E-mail generally gets the quickest response, in the past if I've had problems and they have sorted the issue I have retained the direct e-mail details of those that assisted so in the future I just e-mail them direct.
