If I order something on Monday it should be able to be dispatched on Monday and I'll stand by that as plenty of other places, not just bicycle kit can do it even if they are busier too.

How do you know there are other places that are busier? Are you trying to imply the staff at Ribble are a bit lacksidasical or just plain lazy? Has it not occured to you that maybe they might employ less staff than most places in order to keep their overheads down and keep the prices down and that's how they do stuff cheaper? Personally if I am not bothered about speed I order from Ribble, if I really want something quickly I order from one of the larger sites. As for expecting something ordered on Monday to be despatched on Monday, that's hardly within 24 hours of receipt is it?

Will just stop being a cock.

Ribble are about the speed at most of the online stores I used - Totalcycling take long. But Ribble are about the same as Dotbike, Parkers, ebay, Evans, Merlin.

If you were in such a rush you shouldn't have bought from Ribble, you can't have everything, if you want stuff cheap sometimes you have to be prepared to wait.

I found them quick and efficient when posting my Ribble frameset (and very well packaged) and WH-5600's - on the other hand they did take quite a bit longer to despatch several smaller items - not sure of the reason.

Currently, speed wise I'd go with - (fastest to slowest):

    1) - CRC

    2) - Wiggle

    3) - Parkers, Ribble

    4) - Others........

Wiggle seems to have gone a bit pricey lately (and reduced variety relative to CRC) - CRC now seems to be better for picking up a whole host of smaller bits/accesories.

    What a fuss over nothing.

Its not so long ago that the ads in Cycling Weekly were 'allow 28 days for delivery'.

Things have moved on a lot since then !
