Garmin 705

Just downloaded data from my last ride on the graph max speed is 110.8 mph at a cadance of 20 rpm and heartrate seems about 15-20 bpm over my turbo rate.
Anyone else experienced similar unusual readings.

I used to have a problemw ith my 305 where it would go crazy for a second or two when passing a power station / pylon etc, would throw up a random crazy speed.

Also, if it lost the signal for a few seconds, it would assume that to get where I was previously, to where I was when it regained the signal, I must have done a couple of hundred mph

Happens much much less on the 705, but does every now and then.

My garmin always seems to mess up under tress now, speed stops etc...

Just the other day I apparently reach 144mph

I have a Garmin 605.


The software on these devices is still very buggy, needs improvement.
