Still doing great and loving the cycling.
Now down to 15st 2lb and my best average speed is 13.2mph
I checked my resting heart rate last night and is was 115/55 with 58bpm which is a lot better than when I last checked it which was about 6 months ago.
Overall....well pleased with my improvement

Well the weight is falling off me and I feel so much better
Now down to 14st 13lb and I am gonna have to buy some new clothes now
Since I started I have now lost 23lb

You're doing really well, you're going to have to up your calorie intake soon or you'll waste away!
I aim for a minimum of 5 hrs in the saddle a week but it can be tricky to fit it in at times, silly really, it's only 5 hrs out of 168!Less internal organs, same supertwisted great taste.0 -

I am looking to get down to 13 1/2 stone then I hope to be able to maintain my weight between 13 1/2 and 14 st.
I don't want to go under 13 1/2 stone so will look to eat more
