    Well, I bought some of his handbuilt mtb wheels a while back and they came quickly, as described and stayed true. Finally replaced them when the rims wore and split due to braking abrasion. Maybe I was just lucky. Now I use chainreaction for consumables and my LBSs for the value-added profitable stuff.

    Have to admit though, some of those responses are quality. Basil Fawlty without the charm. The customer's always right, until he's not, then by 'eck tell him.
