Skipping

Anybody use a skipping rope? Is there anything that you should look for in a rope and how hard is it to do without tripping up?

Tends to get caught in the wheels I find, which is a real bugger

Use one with a heavy "rope" (like leather) and you can buy them with weighted handles. I've got one. Dont use it much though, cause it kills! Try girly skipping to start, then progress to little manly hops like boxers do.0
