After a short spell in the gym ( I'd forgotten about my bike ) I started to use creatine. Whilst widely popular amongst weightlifters/bodybuilders, I also found out that creatine was becoming more popular with endurance athletes, I.E. cyclist's, runners etc. Does anybody use it on here?
