my fastest for 2000 is 7:01 and it killed me!
the machine when used properly is the best, but can be hard to motivate when by yourself.
Try gym auctions for cheap ones, theres one in nottingham this saturday with loads of concept 2's, spin bikes and regular gym bikes.
Its with one of the big auction houses there.
