What Training Do I Do After An Event???

I have planned to enter 4 or 5 events during next year, with the first in Feb and then periodically throughout the rest of the year. I understand about the different phases of training, but everything i have read tends to point to training for one event. So after i have completed my Feb event, do i then go back to Base training? If so do i try to just put each phase in place up to the next event, or ....is this too deep and should i just keep riding as much as possible!??? Thanks

Depends (especially on how much training you do) but as a generalisation, just train through some events.0

If you're serious about doing this, pick up a copy of the complete guide to endurance training it is an excellent book on the subject, with an appropriate level of detail. It also has an excellent section on doing multiple events in one year.0
