Spinervals DVDs - any good for roller use?

Just been looking at the Spinervals website and the DVDs seem ok to avoid the delerium that is indoor cycle training - only they all seem to be based around turbos rather than rollers?

Two questions then I guess:
1. Can the workouts be easily adapted for roller use
2. Are the Spinervals DVDs actually any good?!

    Not sure about using them on rollers but I have two that I use on my Turbo, I do quite like them as long as you push hard
