Tacx rollers questions

Hi,
Recently bought some secondhand tacx rollers of ebay. I have a normal sixed frame (56) but I had to move the front roller back to its shortest setting which I was a bit surprised about. After doing that the belt was too loose so I had to move that back to the second roller at the back which is so tight it was a real struggle to fit.
Anyway after all that they work fine except there's a huge amount of resistance. Keeping up a steady 10mph on them is seriously hard work. Not quite what I had in mind as I wanted low resistance training.
Would a new belt sort me out wondering if the old one was stretched too much to fit on the usual setting.
Cheers

Yes it sounds to me like you need a new belt, try wiggle.co.uk they've got them for £5.990

doh!
I pumped up my tyres and tried again, am now managing twice the speed for the same effort, still think I need a new belt but that made a huge difference0
