Layoff after concussion?

Suffered 10-15 minutes unconscious and 4 hours of observation/checkout in the hospital for concussion yesterday after hitting a deer
Feeling OK this morning if a little sore
My question is, should I risk further complications by getting back on the bike again or better to wait a week or two like the football/rugby players (need to buy a new helmet anyway as the old one cracked).
