Please recomend me a good Training book. I'm not really sure what I should be doing this winter and need some guidance/advice etc. This books is popular on amazon: 'Smart Cycling: Successful Training and Racing for Riders of All Levels' what do you think?
Thanks.
Thanks.

I have Joe Friels' 'The Cyclists Training Bible'.
I've found it very good for helping me to understand more about planning my training, but can get very heavy going with the scientific stuff! Way over my head
The scientific stuff also appears to be very controversial.
Plenty of good advice here under the 'Winter Training' post, amongst others, and it's for free!!Start with a budget, finish with a mortgage!0
