running .

I am a regular cyclist but dark nights and turbo trainer bordom are affecting my training . i have been doing some running lately and i am concerned as my cycling peers are telling me i may be doing damage any advice?

    It'll keep your fitness up, and if you need some time off the bike to get back into it then it may indirectly help your cycling.
    Providing you don't screw ur knees, your not going to do any harm running. Triathletes come to mind.
    Legs, lungs and lycra.
