I am on the turbo trainer for 45minutes at a time, too keep my fitness up over winter.
What are the differant types of itnervals and sessions I could be doing? At the minute im just starting in an easy gear (keeping my cadence at 90-100) and then changing up every 7minutes.

Look up Tabata Intervals or sessions. They should keep you ging. Keep a bucket close to hand though!0
