  • I'm surprised no one has mentioned this one:

La vie claire might not be my all time favourite but I would say it was my first love ...

Art on a bike, genius or at least relative to fake denim ...

    +1

These are my favourites, picking just one is to difficult... I'd like to add the checkerboard Puegeot Jersey as worn by Simpson and Millar and also as somebody else mentioned the 7 Eleven Jersey is really nice to.

All except the Pantani Jersey sourced from ebay, although the Z Jersey wasnt particuarly cheap. The Carrera was th best buy at £12

Did any of the T-Mobile girls dope? Is Judith wearing the arm-warmers to hide the needle marks, then?

    I thank you.

I trust you don't actually wear that jersey?

It's a little like wrestling a gorilla. You don't quit when you're tired. You quit when the gorilla is tired.
  • I like the old Peugot jersey that Robert Millar wore - white with the black squares across. Very simple. For pure class though, I love the current Rapha Condor jersey. Subtle but stylish!

    There is only one Jersy.

Brooklyn, preferably worn with outsize sideburns and riding a Gios (blue of course) over cobbles.

    Euskaltel Euskadi for current era.

Renault Gitane for my historical favourite.
  • The 1994 Lotto one which made them look like Timothy Claypole out of Rentaghost was a favourite.

Tchmil winning Paris-Roubaix through the sludge is a good memory from that era.
  • la vie claire is my all time favourite, I guess it depends on what kit was popular when you first got into cycling. retro fans should have a look at http://prendas.co.uk/default.asp for kit.

I don't really like any of the kits from when I first really got into cycling (late 80s/early 90s), Banesto, Carrera, Castorama, Ariostea, PDM, Panasonic, etc, all pretty hideous.

TI Raleigh and Peugeot on the other hand, beauties! Together with the true classic Bianchi, they get my vote.

In today's peloton, if looking at just the esthetics of the jersey, Astana, hands down.

That's a good site and to wear Robert Millar's team jersey would be SOOO cool BUT at the price  , it will have to be bought after I have lied, cheated and stolen the cash...
